Taskerrific Support, powered by UserVoice
I might be getting ahead of myself, but Taskerrific now has a support site for suggestions, bug reports, and other assorted feedback. Never mind that the site’s not even in private beta, yet!
After weighing the options (UserVoice and Get Satisfaction, pretty much) I chose UserVoice to handle support posts due to the simplicity offered, and because they let you know what they offer, up front and earnestly. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles of Get Satisfaction, but it doesn’t have to.
In other Taskerrific news, it looks like things are still pretty much on track for a private beta launch between August 4 and 10. I hope to get an invite sign-up form on the site by the end of this weekend!
